High-frequency welded pipe uses hot-rolled or cold-rolled strip steel as raw material, through continuous roll forming, uses the skin effect of high-frequency current to rapidly melt and squeeze weld the edge of the pipe billet, becoming straight welded steel pipe. Welding without filler metal, high production efficiency, flat weld, is the welded pipe category with large output and the most wide application.

Standards and Material

  • Execution standard: GB/T 3091 "Welded steel pipe for low-pressure fluid transportation", GB/T 13793 "Straight seam electric welded steel pipe"

  • Common materials: Q195, Q235B

  • Delivery state: black material (welded pipe) delivery, can be hot-dip galvanized, painted or coated for customers
